What we have done
- Built the site to target WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
- A “skip to content” link appears as soon as you press Tab.
- Visible focus outlines are kept on all controls.
- Colour combinations are chosen to meet contrast requirements for body text.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images do not.
- Headings follow a logical order so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
- Animation is subtle and is disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
- Forms use real labels, not placeholder text alone.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content, such as the Google map and video players, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Where that content carries essential information, the same information is also available as text on the page, and you can always call us for it.
In our office
Our office is wheelchair accessible and validated parking is available on-site. If you need a specific accommodation for your visit, tell us when you book and we will arrange it. We see patients in English and Farsi.
